Privacy Policy

This document deals with the rights and obligations of the e-Statistics page in the management of information published on the page, which is the property of the e-Statistics page or third parties. This information will be handled exclusively as explained in this document and in no other way.

Content Ownership

e-Statistika is the owner of all rights over the texts and other information published on the page, unless it is expressly defined otherwise, and in cases where it is about comments and opinions of visitors that are published with the text.

Data Disclosure

If the site visitor leaves his data for the purpose of contact for the service provided by the site, this data will not be publicly published in any form or shared with third parties without the express permission of the person to whom the data belongs. All contact information provided by the visitor will be used exclusively in accordance with the purpose for which the visitor left the contact.

Cookies

Except for the purposes of the mini-survey on the front page of the page, e-Statistics does not use cookies, and accordingly, all the functionalities of the page will function smoothly if the use of cookies is prohibited on the visitor's web browser. In that case, the e-Statistics website does not guarantee the correctness of the mini-survey.

Application log

Every activity of the site visitor is recorded in the application log. The application log contains all user data available to the application at the time the activity occurred. This data is used for the purpose of analyzing traffic on the page and marketing activities of the e-Statistics page and will not be used for any other purpose, will not be publicly disclosed or shared with third parties.

The e-Statistics website reserves the right to process the data from the application's work log and in some way publicly disclose it or share it with third parties in a summarized form. However, in that case, the data on individual visits to the page will not be recognizable, nor will it be possible to draw conclusions about them in any way based on the disclosed data.

Comments

Unless the site visitor has expressly prohibited the publication of comments, e-Statistics will publish any comment left by the visitor on a text or term from the dictionary that it considers to be in accordance with the site's editorial policy, the topic being covered and that it contributes to the quality of the site. If the visitor subsequently wants to remove the comment and manages to prove that he is the author of the comment or proves that the comment threatens the quality of the content on the page, e-Statistika will remove the comment.

Mini-survey

On the home page of the e-Statistics page, there may be a mini-survey that serves exclusively for the purpose of marketing the e-Statistics page and will not be used for other purposes. Voting is anonymous, and voter data will not be published or shared with third parties. e-Statistics reserves the right to publish the aggregate results of the polls, whereby individual votes will not be disclosed nor will it be possible to draw conclusions about individual votes based on the disclosed information.

Other information

If, during communication with clients, e-Statistics comes into possession of information that is not intended for the site or information about third parties, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and the information will be returned and removed from the electronic or other archive of e-Statistics. e-Statistika undertakes not to publicly disclose or share such information with third parties, unless the information relates to actions sanctioned by positive legal regulations.

Privacy Policy Modification

All changes to this privacy policy will be published on the page in the place provided for the privacy policy, and the information that the change has been made will be published on the homepage of the page in a reasonably long time, so that every regular visitor of the page can find out about the change. All clients whose contacts are owned by the author of the page will be notified of changes in the same way as the contact was established otherwise.
